Otherwise known as a “Statement of Ownership“, which comes in electronic or paper form, is proof of ownership of a mobile or manufactured home in the State of Texas.

Yes! The State of Texas requires all mobile and manufactured homes to be titled with a Texas Seal.

The Texas Seal is a metal plate, with a number that is used to identify mobile and manufactured homes that do not have a HUD Label.

In accordance with Texas State law, all mobile and manufactured homes are required to have either a HUD Label or a Texas Seal attached to it BEFORE any sale or exchange.
